I have been practicing mindfulness and mediation for over ten years, and I love all the benefits it has for your Mind, Body and Spirit. So much so, that I want to share everything I have learned along the way with you!
I am a Meditation Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, a Yoga Alliance CEP & E-RYT500 Yoga Teacher, and a certified IIN Health Coach… so you’re in good hands!
